Returns / Exchanges / Refunds Policy
Little Dream strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and we take special pride to ensure that all items are beautifully presented and in perfect order when despatched. We do ask that you check size charts where possible or contact us by telephone or email for proper sizing but in the event that your garment is not suitable because of size we do offer the following options:
- Exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, excluding delivery charges. Within 48 hours of receiving goods
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- Exchange shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
- The item must be in its original condition, packaging undamaged, be unworn, unused and with all tags and parts intact. If the product is deemed to be in used condition, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for all additional shipping costs.
- No refunds or exchange on SALE items
- No Refunds or Exchange on Christening and Holy Communion Gowns
- Customised, made to measure, and personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Hair Accessories, undergarments, hosiery and earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Our items are of extremely high quality, and we thoroughly check and carefully package prior to delivery. If however you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us to discuss appropriate action.
Please report faulty or damaged items within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges or returns can be made in store or must be posted.
We are not responsible for return packages that do not reach us.
Please ensure you forward the tracking number/details to us AND retain proof of postage.
