Candle Care
- Always use an appropriate holder and place candle/s on a heat resistant surface away from draughts and flammable materials. Avoid placing candle/s adjacent to a wall or window as dripping, smoking or soot may form.
- Remove all packaging before lighting and trim wick to 1.5cm high from top of candle, ensuring wick is always centered and upright.
- If you are not going to keep your candle as a keepsake and want to continue to burn your candle after your special day, please remove all materials and images from your candle.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from children and pets.
- For best results, always trim wick prior to relighting. If flame grows too large during burning, extinguish candle. Allow wax to cool, trim wick and relight. Ensure there are no foreign materials on the top of the candle whilst burning.
- Never move a burning candle as wax could spill and cause severe burning. Always ensure wax has cooled and set before moving candle.
- Store your candle/s in a dry, cool dark place, avoid placing them in direct sunlight to guard against fading.
