Little Dream™ welcome orders from Australia and overseas and we are very happy to supply our products to you on the following terms and conditions.
By placing an order with us (either in store, though our website or by telephone), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Our terms and conditions apply to all purchases.
Little Dream™ may vary these terms and conditions from time to time and any such variation will be effective immediately upon being published on the website or in store.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar.
Non-specification of colours, size, quantity etc. will result in a delay.
Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colour/s, sizing, quantity etc. is received.

Little Dream™ strives for 100% customer satisfaction, and we take pride and special care to ensure that all items are beautifully presented and in perfect condition before we hand over any item/s purchased.
Little Dream™ is not responsible for any item/s once they have left our premises.

NOTE: Any orders placed online that does not comply with our time frame will be automatically cancelled, especially if you have not checked in with us if it is possible to be done before the time frames outlined for custom orders. You will be contacted. NOTE: Each order is individually assessed and any refunds that will be issued will incur the merchant processing fee.
*No Refunds on orders or change of mind so choose carefully.
*No Refunds on any purchase unless the product after accessing is deemed to be faulty and cannot be repaired or obtain a suitable solution.
*No Refunds if you cancel or postpone your event even if they are due to unforeseen circumstances.
*No refund or exchange on Christening Gowns | Rompers and Holy Communion Gowns.
*No refund or exchange on pre-orders.
*No Refund or exchange on any customised, made to measure, altered item/s and personalised order.
*No Refund or Exchange on any item/s that have been washed or dry cleaned.
*No Refund or Exchange on any Hair/ Head Accessories, Hosiery and Earrings/Jewellery.
*No Refund or Exchange on sale item/s.
*Any Credit Note or Exchange given is at Little Dream™’s discretion.
*If granted an Exchange or Credit Note it must be to the value of the items purchased.
*You will be responsible for the cost to deliver the item/s back to Little Dream™ if you can’t come into our store.
In the case of an exchange, you are also responsible for the delivery cost to return the exchanged item/s back to you.
We encourage you to provide tracking details, register and insure your parcel.
We at Little Dream™ take no responsibility of any item/s lost or damaged in transit.
The item/s must be in its original, undamaged packaging, be unworn, unused, unwashed and with all tags and parts intact.
If the product is deemed to be in used condition, it will be returned to you, and you will be liable for all additional shipping costs.
*Credit Note is not transferrable.
*Credit Note has an expiration date (time frame to be determined by Little Dream™)
*Credit Note cannot be used for any custom made or personalise items.
*Item/s |orders NOT collected up on allocated due dates or that have past the event date including any layby, will lose their payment.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Our items are of extremely high quality. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order prior to collection or if we are delivering the order to you.

Each situation is assessed on a case by case basis. We will communicate with you what the next appropriate action will be.
Exchanges or returns after been assessed must be made in store or must be posted.
We are not responsible for return packages that do not reach us.
Please ensure you pass on the tracking number to us and retain proof of postage.
